Ⅰ. Description

1. Features of Products

D、DG pumps are Segmented Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pumps, which complies with JB/T6435.2 and GB5659-85 “the technical conditions of multi-stage centrifugal pumps ”and “MT/T114-2005 multi-stage centrifugal pump used in mine.”

According to transmission medium, pumps can be divided into several kinds.

DY (multi-stage centrifugal oil pump): It is used for transportation of oil and petroleum free of solid grains for the temperature shall be -20 ~ 105℃ and the viscosity shall be less than 120CPS.

DF (corrosion-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump): It is used for transportation of corrosive liquids free of solid grains for the temperature shall be -20 ~ 105℃.

MD (wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump mine): It is used for transportation of a little of solid grains or physical and chemical prosperities similar to water for the temperature shall be-20 ~ 80C.

2. Main Use and Scope of Application

They are used for transportation of hot water, oil, corrosive medium by changing the material, sealing and cooling system.

D pump is used for supply and drainage water in high construction, fire and cycle cooling water for air conditioner in large-scale building living.

DG pump is used for transportation of hot water, such as heating systems of boiler feed water, city and enterprise.

3. Environment of Application and Working Condition

The pumps are used for the transportation of pure water (others contents shall be maxed 1% by volume and granular size shall be maxed 0.1mm) and liquids with their chemical and physical properties similar to water

Transmission medium temperature of D pumps shall be lower than 80℃.

DG (BFW pump): transmission of the medium temperature mustn’t more than 130℃.
